About Me
I was born and raised in ʻAiea, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Family means everything to me, and when I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and kids, staying active, and playing sports.
I graduated from BYU–Provo in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. After college, I worked at a private gym and later at a billion-dollar sales company. Those experiences built my discipline, communication skills, and work ethic — but they also helped me realize I wanted to build something of my own.
Football was my first passion. Like many kids, I dreamed of playing in the NFL. When that path closed, I had to rethink my direction. That’s when barbering — something I had been doing on the side for years — grew from a hobby into a calling.
My journey started back in 2014 after high school, when my parents bought me my first clippers and trimmers from Walmart. I learned through YouTube, practiced on friends and family, and yes — my dad was the first cut I ever gave… and it was so bad he had to fix it himself. But I didn’t quit.
Through college and every job I worked, barbering remained my side hustle. With every cut, I improved. When I came close to losing my sales job, I made the decision to go all in on barbering — and that decision changed everything.
Today, barbering is more than a career — it’s my passion. I take pride in delivering high-quality cuts, building real relationships, and creating an environment where every client feels confident, comfortable, and taken care of.
